This parts package includes Lubriplate & Mobil XHP 222 grease, 1 set skimmer blades, 1 set of wash nozzles, suction filter brush, and SAE Tool Kit for international orders.
3 Year Spare Parts Package – Provides the basic consumable items for 3 years plus typical repair parts per the size and options of the Stingray Parts Washer. This package includes the 1 year repair parts package, plus all the additional critical repair parts to maintain operation of the Stingray Parts Washer. The concept of this kit is to keep the critical functions of the washing machine going in an emergency until adequate replacement parts are obtained. Critical repair parts include main pump parts, electrical components, turntable bearings, 1 heating element, and other miscellaneous parts per the machine configuration.
5 Year Spare Parts Package – Provides the basic maintenance items for 5 years and typical repair parts per the size and options of the Stingray Parts Washer. This spare parts package includes the 1 year and 3 year parts packages, and also provides a complete pump instead of just the main pump parts. It includes a full set of heating elements or burner parts, turntable & Power Blast Manifold (PBM) drive gear-motor, and torque limiter to shorten the machine downtime due to repair. This spare and repair parts kit is designed to maintain maximum uptime. |
