Parts Washer Corrision Inhibitor

Power-Kleen CI is 100% active corrosion inhibitor chemical for use in all aqueous parts washers. Excellent for parts washer cleaning applications to prevent rust and corrosion. Excellent in parts cleaning applications not requiring detergents or where normal detergents may cause excessive foam due to different types of greases or soils but still need to maintain the pH to prevent corrosion inside the mild steel parts washer cabinet. Leaves parts with rust preventative coating after washing.

CHEMICAL MIXING INSTRUCTIONS

For MART Power Washers and StingRay Parts Washers, heat the water to at least 160 degrees.  Mixing rate of 0.8 per gallon for powder (30-8 oz sticks 15 lbs, will treat approximately 300 gallons) at 1200 ppm - NO2 (Nitrite).  Carefully distribute 8 oz (1 stick) of inhibitor per 10 gallons of water, on the drip pan, beneath the turntable in the StingRay Parts Washer or MART Power Washer.  For all other cleaning equipment, add chemical carefully and as instructed by the aqueous parts washer manufacturer.  Avoid “dumping” of chemical directly into parts washer reservoir.  Operate the wash cycle at 160 to 190 degrees F, to distribute chemical and mix into solution.  Avoid contact with chemical and solution.
