MART Tech Services has a mid-western work ethic and philosophy. We provide
the same level of service for our largest multi-user accounts as for a
small 3 man automotive shop. We make no distinction
between parts cleaning installations domestically or in
a foreign country. It does not matter whether the MART
cleaning systems were purchased from us or from the
original washer owner. It is our goal, in all cases, to provide the very best
parts and service possible for your parts washing
machine. We make every effort to ship your repair parts,
replacements parts and warranty parts the same day they
are ordered.
MAINTAINING SERVICE RECORDS: MART
Tech Services maintains the service records of every Power
Parts Washer MART has produced. Our machine records go back to the
earliest parts
washing machines built in 1971. Each time a parts washer owner calls
us for service or
repair parts, the call is recorded in the
wash machine permanent history file. This
information is available to the parts washer owner. The types of repairs
and maintenance performed over time are an excellent indicator of how the
parts washer was operated and maintained. The parts cleaning machine records
can be complete
only if owners contact MART for service. Periodically MART Tech Services will contact
parts washer owners to schedule a courtesy call. This proactive approach enables MART
Tech Services to maintain the service records and help ensure maximum benefits
for
MART Power
Parts Washer owners.
REQUESTS FOR SERVICE: MART
Washer users are encouraged to contact MART Tech Services for repair
parts, replacement parts and any operational issues. New employees
that need training and assistance on the proper basic
parts cleaning use of the washer , and advice on environmental and safety issues as well
should contact us. User questions often concern Power Washer performance and
cleaning chemicals. Over time, your parts cleaning requirements may change
prompting new questions and
