MART Tech Services is a Mid-Western
company with a mid-western work ethic and philosophy. We provide only one level of service which is the same for our largest multi-user OEM accounts as it is for an automotive shop that may never have occasion to purchase another
parts washing system. It does not matter whether the
parts cleaning installation is domestic or foreign. We make no distinction between StingRay or MART
cleaning systems purchased from us or from the original owner. It is our goal, in all cases, to provide the very best
parts washer service possible.
StingRay & MART maintain the service records of each
Parts Washer manufactured. The records date back to the first
washing machines built in 1971. Each time a parts washer owner calls for service or
repair parts, this information is recorded in the
machine master file and is available to the parts washer owner so
they can know the history of the cleaning machine. The types of repairs made over time are an excellent indicator of how the
parts washer machine was operated and maintained allowing
MART Tech Services to make recommendations that can improve the
cleaning operation and reliability of the Power Parts Washer.

are complete to the extent that owners contact MART
Tech for service. Periodically MART Tech Services will
contact parts washer owners as well. This proactive
approach enables us to maintain these vital

parts and operational issues. New employees need training and assistance, and advice on environmental and safety issues as well. The questions often concern Power Washer performance and
