Features of MART Tech Services Reconditioning Process:

1. Factory Certified Technician performs a complete 264 point inspection of the used MART washer, any components not meeting OEM Specifications and standards are repaired or replaced.
   
   
2. The pumps and power blast manifold receive special attention since these are the heart of the MART parts cleaning system. Most pumps are rebuilt or replaced.
   
   
3. The heating system is inspected by our engineers, looking for cracked heat exchangers or malfunctioning systems. Any non-functioning or obsolete burner systems are replaced with current technology prior to testing.
   
   
4. Our engineers customized or configure the used MART washer to fit your application. Common modifications include: changes to operating voltage, pump horsepower and heat type.
   
   
5. Each factory reconditioned machine is recoated with 3 mil of MART specified 2-part epoxy coating and all missing or damaged labels and nameplates are replaced.
   
   
6. Prior to shipment to your facility, the reconditioned MART Parts Washer is tested a second time using the OEM final inspection procedure to guarantee it meets MART's high standard for Quality and reliability. Three complete operating cycles are performed with test solution.
